Great place , lots of space , everything was exactly as described and place was very clean only problem was there wasn’t any tissue but it was no problem going to purchase some would definitely recommend this home.

Very big and spacious home , all of us were able to have a room and have our own space . Looks exactly like photos ! Would most definitely book this place if everyone in Dallas again !

Marys spot hosted my family of 11, ages ranged from 1-36 years old.
Pros: location provided easy access in different directions of where we wanted to drive to, lots of space in the home for everyone to move about freely, clean home, well stocked with kitchen appliances, laundry room available to use, shower pressure and heat was great, and had shower toiletries available to use if needed.
Cons: ant piles in the front yard, wasp nest on back patio and inside grill, kitchen sink base leaked a little, no highchair, & no safe sleep option available for children 2 and under.
Things to note: There were not enough trash bags in the home for us to use but Mary/Joshua were super responsive and got some to us to use and leave in storage for future guest use. 😄 Most of the cons listed here are easily fixed and don't impede on our decision to stay again. We really enjoyed the city and plan on returning again sometime, we will definitely be on the lookout for Mary/Joshua's available properties.

I had a great stay and a really positive experience overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. I felt very at home during my stay, and everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. The space was well kept and had everything I needed to be comfortable.
Overall it was a very nice experience, and I would definitely book again in the future. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

A great, cozy stay for my short trip! Got to enjoy the pool table and darts, so staying in was always fun. Overall great experience and super grateful for Alexander and team for being awesome hosts!

I would always come back here.
The house was fantastic, the amenities were on point. and the communication with Scott, our host, was always welcomed.
The neighborhood is a little down, but that's because it's up and coming and I see that they're building around it. But the enclosed backyard makes us all feel safe and private.

This house has tons of space for me and my 8 other guests! Plenty to do inside the home when we had a rainy day during our trip. Sean was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to arrive a bit early so we could get ready, which made a huge difference for our plans. They were very nice, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The house itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to others. We’d love to stay again!

We had a great stay at Alexander’s house! The place was very clean, spacious, and well organized. The house is large and comfortable, perfect for a group.
The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the location was very convenient for getting around Grand Prairie and Fort Worth. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back.
