Also included is a toaster, blender, and microwave giving you everything you could need while on your vacation! The kitchen also features basic seasonings, oils, and dishware for your convenience. Take advantage of the provided coffee station and start your day off right with a cup of joe! The oversized kitchen island provides plenty of cooking space to prepare a big feast! Located only a few miles away from downtown Dallas, ride-share apps are cheaper due to its close proximity to the city! Unauthorized parties are not allowed at my property - this includes open invite parties or events primarily after 11:00 pm. Certain events such as wedding-related events, dinners, work events, family gatherings, or wedding/baby showers are allowed, but these must be approved before your reservation. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

The neighborhood is older but charming and in great proximity to one of the best neighborhoods Dallas has to offer; Bishop Arts District! Nestled near the vibrant Dallas Zoo, the South Dallas neighborhood beckons visitors with its warm and welcoming atmosphere. This close-knit community is a tapestry of diverse cultures, proudly reflecting the rich heritage of its residents. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood is older, but I assure you it is safe. The South Dallas neighborhood near the Dallas Zoo is a true gem, where the spirit of togetherness thrives, and the vibrant pulse of the city can be felt in every corner.
Guest Access
This home has a two car garage and a four car driveway, additional parking can be found on the curb. Please DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations. You will have complete private access to the house, backyard, and garage. The only areas of the house that are off-limits are attics and the supply closet. The laundry room is fully and easily accessible for all your laundry needs.

The location is extremely close to Downtown Dallas, making it extremely accessible and cheap for rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber, Taxi). Dallas is a car orientated city so we highly recommend taking advantage of ride share apps like Uber or Lyft to get around! Due to our close proximity to everything Dallas has to offer, you can comfortably take an Uber to most destinations for less. If you prefer driving yourself, we recommend getting a rental car to explore all the city has to offer.
