Cozy up next to the electric fireplace while watching your favorite shows in comfort and style! Perfect for any at-home chef, the full kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to make a fresh meal, including seasoning, oil, and utensils! For those who need a quick pick-me-up cup of coffee in the morning, the coffee station located in the kitchen features a Keuring as well as mugs, sugar, and creamer! The dining table seats 4 and the kitchen island seats an additional 4 guests. Get a great night's rest in the downstairs first bedroom that has a comfortable full size bed! Making your way upstairs, you'll see the full size arcade basketball game perfect to entertain both kids and adults! The massive upstairs second bedroom features three comfortable queen beds to accommodate plenty of guests as well as a 75” HDTV for all your entertainment needs. Located in West Dallas, this home is in close proximity to everything in Dallas making ride-share apps more affordable! Unauthorized parties are not allowed at my property - this includes open invite parties or events primarily after 11:00 pm. Certain events such as wedding-related events, dinners, work events, family gatherings, or wedding/baby showers are allowed, but these must be approved before your reservation. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Located in the up and coming West Dallas - Trinity Groves neighborhood, my house is in a very quickly developing area because of how close it is to downtown. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood is older, but I assure you it is safe. I have multiple outdoor cameras, motion sensor lights all around the house, and a security system that can be used by guests. Only a quick drive down to Singleton Blvd, check out one of my favorite spots called Beto & Son's for a local father/son Mexicans dine-in restaurant. Saint Rocco's New York Italian is right next door and great for dinner, their patio space faces Downtown and has an unobstructed view of the city that POPs at night!
Guest Access
This home has a two car garage and a four car driveway, additional parking can be found on the curb. Please DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations. You will have complete private access to the house, backyard, and garage. The only areas of the house that are off-limits are attics and the supply closet.

Due to our close proximity to everything Dallas has to offer, you can comfortably take an Uber to most destinations for less. If you prefer driving yourself, we recommend getting a rental car to explore all the city has to offer.
