Welcome to your mediterranean vacation in Dallas. The goal of this get away is focused for groups of remote working professionals that want a clean bright place to work while in Dallas. If you are not familiar with Dallas then let me introduce you to the neighborhood of Bishop Arts. This was once a forgotten part of the city that in the last 10 years became the new hot spot. This home is around a 10 minute walk to the epicenter of Dallas culture.
Good to know
This bright new feeling home has an open floor plan only separated by the kitchen bar top. The kitchen comes fully equipped to live here for an extended amount of time. In the backyard you will find a self watering system and landscaping lights that keep the backyard alive and tranquil. The large table can host a large group that is great for grill outs. Also there is a chiminea corner if you need some alone time and relax. Each of the rooms have a quality queen mattress so you are able to get quality sleep. Also two of the bedrooms have brand new Samsung smart TVs. Three of the bedrooms have workstations so you can have a private place to put your laptop. One of the main rooms even has an Ethernet connection for guests that need an extra kick in their internet connection. One of the bedrooms has an attacked bathroom while the other bathroom is for the other three bedrooms to share.
Other Details to Note
Our backyard is fully accessible to our guests, we only ask that the BBQ is cleaned after each use by guests.

Bishop Arts is a beautiful historic neighborhood that has tons of character as many of the homes are almost 100 years old. We are right by downtown but if you take the time to drive around the neighborhood you'll see tons of unique architecture if that something you're into! If you take a drive 3 minutes west of the home there are tons of great bars and restaurants. Plus, the Bishop Arts rail station is a 10-minute walk away if you want to get into downtown without a car. Guest Access
The whole house is accessible to guests, however, the attic and supply closets next to the two bathrooms are restricted to employees only. There is parking on the driveway and the street. Please do not block another neighboring driveway, the empty lot to our left is owned by the neighbor across the street and she uses it for parking. If you have any trash please put it in the trash bin that is located just outside the gate leading to the backyard!

Ubers into Downtown and Uptown are fairly inexpensive as its only about a 10-15 minute drive from our location. Dallas is a car-centric city so a personal vehicle is more convenient. The house is a quick 10-minute walk to the Bishop Arts station which is a stop along DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit). Their rail network extends all across the Dallas metro area including the Dallas Internation Airport, Downtown, and as far as Plano.
