Get some of the best shut-eye in any of our 5 bedrooms which feature 6 queen beds and 2 king beds total, complete with fluffy comforters for a good night's rest! Sleep in style in the master bedroom which features a oh so comfy king bed with a custom built accent wall, it also has a HDTV for your enjoyment! Take advantage of the jetted bathtub in the master bath or the spacious stand-in shower featured in each full bathroom!

Located in a calm neighborhood in the medical district of Dallas. Due to its close proximity to downtown Dallas, ride share apps such as Uber or Lyft are significantly cheaper which makes it easier to get around!

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Located in the up and coming West Dallas - Trinity Groves neighborhood, my house is in a very quickly developing area because of how close it is to downtown. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood is older, but I assure you it is safe. I have multiple outdoor cameras, motion sensor lights all around the house, and a security system that can be used by guests. Only a quick drive down to Singleton Blvd, check out one of my favorite spots called Beto & Son's for a local father/son Mexicans dine-in restaurant. Saint Rocco's New York Italian is right next door and great for dinner, their patio space faces Downtown and has an unobstructed view of the city that POPs at night!
Guest Access
All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except the living room closet located underneath the stairs. The home features a one car garage and can accommodate a few vehicles in the driveway. Additional parking is available at the church on weekdays and Saturdays before 10PM.

Due to our close proximity to everything Dallas has to offer, you can comfortably take an Uber to most destinations for less.
