As you enter, you are greeted by the stairs that lead to your comfy bedrooms and the open concept layout featured downstairs! The open concept allows the dining, living, and kitchen to flow together to create a welcoming common space. The full size kitchen features every at-home chefs dream, a full range gas stove! The kitchen also features basic seasonings, oils, and dishware for your convenience. Take advantage of the provided coffee station and start your day off right with a cup of joe! The oversized kitchen island provides plenty of cooking space to prepare a big feast! Serve up your homemade food on the bench style dining table that seats 6! As you move onto the living room, take a seat on the comfy sectional while watching TV on the big smart flatscreen! Located downstairs is the master bedroom that features an ultra plush king size bed as well as a big smart TV! Enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of your bed! The attached master bathroom features double sinks that makes it convenient for multiple people to get ready at once! Relax in the spacious and luxurious walk-in shower! Located upstairs is the second bedroom that can accommodate plenty of guests with its two queen size beds! The third bedroom features two queen size beds. Located only a few miles away from downtown Dallas, ride-share apps are cheaper due to its close proximity to the city! Unauthorized parties are not allowed at my property - this includes open invite parties or events primarily after 11:00 pm. Certain events such as wedding-related events, dinners, work events, family gatherings, or wedding/baby showers are allowed, but these must be approved before your reservation. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Located in the up and coming Trinity Groves neighborhood, my house is in a very quickly developing area because of how close it is to downtown. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood is older, but I assure you it is safe. I have multiple outdoor cameras, motion sensor lights all around the house, and a security system that can be used by guests. Only a quick drive down to Singleton Blvd, check out one of my favorite spots called Beto & Son's for a local father/son Mexicans dine-in restaurant. Saint Rocco's New York Italian is right next door and great for dinner, their patio space faces Downtown and has an unobstructed view of the city that POPs at night!
Guest Access
This home has a two car garage and a four car driveway, additional parking can be found on the curb. Please DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations. You will have complete private access to the house, backyard, and garage. The only areas of the house that are off-limits are attics and the supply closet. The laundry room is fully and easily accessible for all your laundry needs.

Due to our close proximity to everything Dallas has to offer, you can comfortably take an Uber to most destinations for less. If you prefer driving yourself, we recommend getting a rental car to explore all the city has to offer.
