You will find unique and modern light fixtures throughout the home and specifically, some hanging above the roomy kitchen island that seats 4! The full kitchen contains all new stainless steel appliances and includes a deep sink, dishwasher, a microwave, but most importantly, a gas stove! Perfect for any at-home chef, this gas stove is every cook's dream! Also included in the kitchen are utensils you may need to make your favorite meals! Watch your favorite shows from the comfort of your bed in the first bedroom that has two relaxing queen beds and a TV for all your entertainment needs! The second bedroom features two queen beds, plenty of pillows as well as a TV and can accommodate four guests! Unauthorized parties are not allowed at my property - this includes open invite parties or events primarily after 11:00 pm. Certain events such as wedding-related events, dinners, work events, family gatherings, or wedding/baby showers are allowed, but these must be approved before your reservation. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Located in the up and coming Trinity Groves neighborhood, my house is in a very quickly developing area because of how close it is to downtown. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood is older, but I assure you it is safe. I have multiple outdoor cameras, motion sensor lights all around the house, and a security system that can be used by guests. Only a quick drive down to Singleton Blvd, check out one of my favorite spots called Beto & Son's for a local father/son Mexicans dine-in restaurant. Saint Rocco's New York Italian is right next door and great for dinner, their patio space faces Downtown and has an unobstructed view of the city that POPs at night!
Guest Access
This home has a two car garage and a four car driveway, additional parking can be found on the curb. Please DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations. You will have complete private access to the house, backyard, and garage. The only areas of the house that are off-limits are attics and the supply closet. The laundry room is fully and easily accessible for all your laundry needs.

Due to our close proximity to everything Dallas has to offer, you can comfortably take an Uber to most destinations for less. If you prefer driving yourself, we recommend getting a rental car to explore all the city has to offer.
