The beautiful open kitchen design lets you host large dinners more than comfortably as it is also fully stocked with everything you could need to cook big meals! Perfect for big groups, the massive dining table seats 10 along with the roomy kitchen island that seats 4. For caffeine lovers, the coffee station is complete with keurig pods as well as drip coffee for your use! Start or end your days with our fully stocked bright bathrooms that include all necessities and extras such as makeup remover wipes. Get restful nights with our comfy double/queen/king size beds. The living room couch is also a pull-out bed if more space is needed. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and mounted TV for all your watching needs! The master bathroom contains a stand-up shower but also a separate deep bathtub made to relax in after an eventful day. Watch the sunset outside in our second story balcony with a Dallas skyline view! The balcony is complete with a seating area to enjoy morning cups of coffee while watching the sunrise! Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Located in the up and coming Trinity Groves neighborhood, my house is in a very quickly developing area because of how close it is to downtown. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood is older, but I assure you it is safe. Only a 4-min drive down to Singleton Blvd, check out one of my favorite spots called Beto & Son's for a local father/son Mexicans dine-in restaurant. Saint Rocco's New York Italian is right next door and great for dinner, their patio space faces Downtown and has an unobstructed view of the city that POPs at night!
Guest Access
All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except the utility room such as the supply closet and any attics/crawl spaces. The home features on-site parking in the two car garage as well as driveway which can accommodate up to six vehicles. Additional parking can be found near the street and in the empty lot across the street.

Due to our close proximity to everything Dallas has to offer, you can comfortably take an Uber to most destinations for less. If you prefer driving yourself, we recommend getting a rental car to explore all the city has to offer.
