Make this western contemporary space your home away from home. The Kitchen and Dining: Take advantage of our fully stocked kitchen for your every cooking needs and host a big dinner on our dining table that seats a whopping 12! This full size kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances; full size stovetop with 4 burners and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher! After cooking your homemade meal, post dinner clean up is a breeze with the oversized kitchen sink and dishwasher! The oversized kitchen island is perfect for prep cooking but also ideal for serving up a quaint and intimate breakfast with its 2 seats! With more than enough room on the extravagant and modern dining table, your guests can enjoy a feast comfortably on any of the 12 leather seats! The Living Room- After a luxurious dinner, cozy up near the living room electric fireplace and watch your comfort shows or movies on the 75” Smart HD TV! The living room set up also features a sound bar and subwoofer to really accentuate your game day or movie watching experience! This home features two livings to accommodate all of your guests, the main living room is downstairs and the other entertainment room is located upstairs! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms- The master bedroom features an attached bath is located on the first floor making it easily accessible upon arrival! Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Located in the up and coming West Dallas - Trinity Groves neighborhood, my house is in a very quickly developing area because of how close it is to downtown. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood is older, but I assure you it is safe. I have multiple outdoor cameras, motion sensor lights all around the house, and a security system that can be used by guests. Only a quick drive down to Singleton Blvd, check out one of my favorite spots called Beto & Son's for a local father/son Mexicans dine-in restaurant. Saint Rocco's New York Italian is right next door and great for dinner, their patio space faces Downtown and has an unobstructed view of the city that POPs at night!
Guest Access
All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except rooms such as the supply closet, utility room and/or any attics/crawl spaces. The home features a two car garage! Excess parking can be found down the block and can accommodate up to 7 cars.
