The Art House is designed by a local Dallas artist and provides visitors the opportunity to not just visit a museum, but sleep in one too! This modern and sleek home features 7 beds, a full kitchen, and a massive stunning dining table that seats 12, perfect for big dinners and ideal for large groups!

This modern home welcomes you with open arms as you enter the living room that features sleek and contemporary decor, relax in style while you catch up on the news or watch the game on the 77” HDTV above the electric fireplace and get comfy on the large leather sectional! The Art House features a fully stocked kitchen with everything an at-home chef could need to make great meals as well as a gigantic dining table that seats 12 and is made to host big feasts! The kitchen is equipped with a plethora of cooking utensils, spices, unique stoneware, and stylish silverware to compliment your celebratory dinners. There is also a second living room upstairs that includes an HDTV and a large leather sectional next to a beautiful custom accent wall. The Art House provides ample common space for your guests. Each aspect of the home was designed with intention and purpose, such as the all white towels and sheets for that hotel feel. Get a rejuvenating sleeping experience with our bedrooms that feature at least new queen size mattresses and black-out blinds. All bedrooms are located on the second story. The master bedroom contains a king size memory foam bed for a comfortable night's sleep after exploring Dallas! Our guests enjoy the mattresses so much, they inquire what mattresses we use! Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise outside on the balcony featured in the master bedroom that has a partial skyline view of Dallas! There are three full bathrooms total and the tankless water heater provides hot water continuously to accommodate large groups getting ready at the same time. One bathroom features a combination stand-in shower/tub, the second features a spacious stand-in shower and the master bathroom features a stand-in shower and a separate jetted bathtub. The master bathroom also includes double vanity sinks and provides a great place to relax and pamper at the beginning or end of your day!

Dallas mainstays are extremely accessible, the house is very roomy, and because the house is brand new, your guests will feel extremely comfortable with the amenities provided. This neighborhood is located right next to Trinity Groves, a stylish restaurant district and staple of Dallas. Top this off with the perk of Downtown being immediately accessible with a quick ride to such landmarks as the AT&T Discovery District and Deep Ellum.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is in a great location in regard to Downtown Dallas and other Dallas staples. Located in the up and coming Trinity Groves neighborhood, my house is in a very quickly developing area because of how close it is to downtown. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood is older, but I assure you it is safe. I have multiple outdoor cameras, motion sensor lights all around the house, and a security system that can be used by guests. Only a quick drive down to Singleton Blvd, check out one of my favorite spots called Beto & Son's for a local father/son Mexicans dine-in restaurant. Saint Rocco's New York Italian is right next door and great for dinner, their patio space faces Downtown and has an unobstructed view of the city that POPs at night!
Guest Access
The Art House has a one car garage and can accommodate up to three cars in the driveway and one on the curb. The neighborhood has plenty of parking as long as it is done in the driveway and appropriately on the street in front of the house, not blocking the driveway of other houses. All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except rooms such as the supply closet, utility room and/or any attics/crawl spaces.
