My house is in a very quickly gentrifying area because of how close it is to downtown. There is a lot of urban development with many new houses being built nearby. The neighborhood doesn't look the best, but I assure you it is safe. My street is also very quiet with families living on that street.

The first BR is located downstairs and features 2 full beds with a pillow-top to make sure you get an extra comfortable night's rest! As you make your way upstairs, you'll be greeted by the gorgeous patio that gives you a stunning skyline view of the city of Dallas! Relax and unwind after a day of exploring the town and kick your feet up while basking in the moonlight! The master BR features a plush king bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa!
