As you enter this cozy cottage, you are greeted by beautiful natural lighting that comes in through the well-decorated living room in the day. Kick back and relax while watching the news or the game on the Smart TV located in the neutral toned living space! Fully renovated, the open kitchen is fully stocked with the tools you need to cook a big meal and includes a gas stove and all the seasonings perfect for at-home chefs! The kitchen island seats 3 comfortably. For those who need a pick me up cup of coffee, the coffee station is located in the kitchen for your convenience! Get some restful nights in any of the 4 bedrooms which features oh so comfy beds and storage for al your luggage needs! The first bedroom features a warm queen bed with an attached full bathroom that makes getting ready convenient! The second bedroom has beautiful red velvet decor and features a full bed. The third bedroom features 2 full beds and an eclectic taste. The fourth bedroom features a private full bed as well. The second bathroom is shared and is located in the hallway. The spacious backyard features 6 outdoor chairs, perfect to end the night with being surrounded by our loved ones! Take advantage of the outdoor grill and barbecue to your heart's desire! Our backyard and common areas are spacious and great for entertaining family and friends. However, parties and events are not allowed at our listing. Please be transparent about your plans, we prefer to be honest about what we can and cannot host. Located in the garage is the home gym. If you feel like getting extra cardio in, please use the full size treadmill!
Other Details to Note
Although you're welcome to be in the backyard, noise carries. During weekdays we ask that all events are brought inside by 10:00 pm and midnight on Weekends. If our neighbor calls the police or us about a noise issue then it will be a $200 charge. Please follow the rules and hours provided to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, thank you!

If you have any trash please put it in the trash bin that is located just outside the back door. Please be cautious when using the fire pit. There is ample parking to accommodate 5 to 6 cars depending on the size but it is a one-way deep driveway.
